How do you pick the right shed for your home? Size, material, practicality and access all comes into play when thinking about such a purchase. Below are a few tips to help you make the right choice.
Size – A good size we recommend is 6ft x 8ft. Gives you ample amount of space, to store goods and still move around.
Material – The majority of sheds sold in the UK are wood, but that doesn’t mean there’s not other options. You can go for a plastic shed which requires no maintenance, but the look isn’t the most appealing. Metal sheds are burn-free and don’t rot, but again they’re not the most visually-appealing and can be hard to assemble.
Access – Think about the door size. Common issues are the height and width of the access. The wider the opening, the wider the goods that you can bung in!
